Serves as a liaison between employees/managers of a business unit, division, or profit center and the corporate human resources function. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. The HR Professional III supports the organization by administering and delivering core human resources programs while serving as a trusted advisor to supervisors and leaders. This role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, performance support, and operational consistency. Working under general direction, the HR Professional III applies sound judgment to moderately complex HR issues, escalates when appropriate, and plays a key role in educating leaders and reinforcing effective people practices across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys teaching, coaching, and building structure, especially in organizations undergoing change.
