The Recruiter/ HR Generalist is a key member of the HR Team who will focus on initial efforts on recruiting but will also function as an HR Generalist in areas such as onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, learning & development, HR projects, and other duties depending on recruiting volume. The individual in this role should be comfortable handling multiple assignments and can professionally navigate the multi-faceted requirements of a fast-paced, high-achieving Human Resources Team in a manufacturing environment.
