About The Position

We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team and help elevate the employee experience for 500+ team members. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you'll be a trusted partner to employees and leaders alike — handling everything from onboarding and employee relations to compliance and process improvement. This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be asked. You spot what needs fixing, you build what's missing, and you bring people along with you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS and people platforms (ADP, Workable, Lattice, Cornerstone).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine drive to improve processes and the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver effective onboarding plans.
  • Facilitate engaging New Employee Orientations (NEO).
  • Train new leaders on HR systems, including ADP, Workable, Lattice, and Cornerstone.
  • Employee Relations & HR Partnership
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns — triaging, investigating, and resolving issues with care and consistency.
  • Administer the progressive disciplinary process, including write-ups and PIPs.
  • Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations matters and employment-related questions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (payroll) and external vendors (brokers, ADP) to resolve issues.
  • Provide clear, practical guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR workflows and the overall employee experience.
  • Leverage tools and technology — including AI — to drive efficiency across HR operations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Compliance & HR Programs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage compliance reporting (EEO-1, 5500, audits, etc.).
  • Develop HR communications, presentations, and materials.
  • Participate in culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Benefits, Leave & Accommodations
  • Manage qualifying life events and benefits updates.
  • Assist with resolving benefit issues.
  • Support leave of absence and ADA accommodation requests in partnership with the HR Generalist.

Benefits

  • Robust benefit package that includes medical, dental, and vision that start on date of hire.
  • Paid Time Off, to include vacation, sick, holidays, and floating holidays.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Company-funded “lifestyle account” upon date of hire for you to apply toward your physical and mental well-being (i.e., ski passes, retreats, gym memberships).
  • Tuition Reimbursement Program.
  • Voluntary benefits, to include, but not limited to Legal and Pet Discounts.
  • Employee Assistance Program (available at no cost to you).
  • Company-sponsored and funded “Culture Team” that focuses on the Physical, Mental, and Professional well-being of employees.
  • Community Give-Back initiatives.
  • Culture that focuses on employee development initiatives.
  • Company-wide bonus and commission plans.
