Join our dynamic Facilities Management team as a HR Specialist and play a key role in supporting the people who keep our campus running smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Facilities Management HR team to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless HR operations. As the HR Specialist, you will manage and enhance critical processes, including payroll accuracy, hiring and onboarding, and maintaining up-to-date organizational charts and vacancy rosters. You’ll ensure new employees are fully prepared for success through new employee orientation and ID badge setup, maintain accurate data in HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft, and assist with performance management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating health and drug screenings, keeping personnel files current, and contributing to special projects as assigned.
