This role oversees labor compliance, grievance administration, and core HR operations while partnering with leaders to strengthen performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Operations leaders manage day-to-day labor relations; this role serves as the subject-matter expert on collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), HR compliance, and complex employee matters.
