We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator with strong knowledge of California and Nevada labor laws to oversee HR compliance, payroll administration, and employee documentation across multiple locations. This role is compliance-focused and requires hands-on experience with wage & hour regulations, payroll audits, and employment record management in a multi-state environment. Core Responsibilities Labor Law & HR Compliance (Primary Focus) Ensure compliance with California and Nevada labor laws Monitor wage & hour practices (overtime, meal/rest periods, reporting time pay) Maintain compliant employee files and required notices Support PAGA risk mitigation through proper documentation and policy adherence Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and work authorization records Guide managers on compliant employment documentation Payroll Administration Process and audit multi-state payroll for accuracy and compliance Review timekeeping records to ensure wage & hour compliance Ensure timely and compliant final pay in CA and NV Coordinate with payroll provider to resolve discrepancies Accounts & Administrative Operations Oversee billing, payment processing, and collections Maintain client contracts and financial documentation Prepare operational reports for leadership
