About the Role As our Senior HR Business Partner , you will be the strategic architect of our people operations during a period of rapid scale. This isn't a traditional HR role; you will be a "modern operator" who understands that a high-growth HealthTech company requires a culture of high performance, psychological safety, and radical transparency. This is a foundational hire. You will be responsible for establishing and maturing the HRBP practice at Inspiren. You will partner directly with our executive leadership team to align our talent strategy with our business goals. Your primary mission will be to design the frameworks, feedback loops, and consultation standards that define how HRBPs support our leaders, ensuring that as we grow, our "People First" mission remains at the core of every business decision.
