About The Position

Provide broad range of HR advisory to Corporate Bank organization on Human Capital areas such as talent management, organization effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement, etc. Serve as strategic business partner with Corporate Bank senior business line management to recommend, develop, and execute business plans Recommend staffing levels required to carry out unit roles and responsibilities while establishing and adhering to talent management processes, compensation, and performance management programs Direct and plan HR strategy for Operations including policy development and planning Anticipate, evaluate, and respond appropriately to developments in the local and international environments impacting HR policy and Identify and resolve key complex and diverse HR issues Serve as key advisor to Corporate Bank leaders for all HR related issue A problem solver with strong judgement, creative thinking and an ability to connect the dots Strong organizational skills; self-starter and strong stakeholder management skills Behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in people management
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • A problem solver with strong judgement, creative thinking and an ability to connect the dots
  • Strong organizational skills; self-starter and strong stakeholder management skills

  • Master's degree preferred
