Job Description U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Hardware Support Specialist with break/fix support and installation experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Oversees the team installations and assists where and when needed with day-to-day functions. Maintains records and audits of equipment, spacing, and spare parts inventories. Provides recommendations to management for supply reorder. Helps ensure proper installation practices and procedures are met adequately and consistently by using best practices. Oversees break/fix support process. Completes more technical aspects of break/fix process and recommends solutions. Helps coordinate changes, schedules, and monitors repairs while working with Business Lines to find an adequate time for replacement. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, OR Technical or vocational certification
  • At least 5 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU's, and printers.
  • At least 5 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.

Responsibilities
