About The Position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Own lifecycle of PCBAs for ONE's BMS products, from concept to post-launch Optimize electrical designs for performance, cost, manufacturability, testability Create and own functional specifications for BMS electrical components and assemblies Define and write detailed BMS hardware test plans; analyze test data, write detailed test reports, and present results and recommendations to engineering management Lead physical testing on prototypes Design circuits in Altium, define floor planning and lead review of PCB layouts Support ongoing/continuous product and process improvement Own basic testing and analysis; support advanced testing and analysis Identify and solve root causes for test failures and production problems Optimize designs via analytical, numerical, and/or empirical assessments Any additional duties as assigned
Responsibilities
