Senior Handyman/Carpenter
About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and professional Craftsman/Carpenter with skills in multiple trades. This is a W2 position that offers the flexibility of an independent job with consistent year-round work. The role requires a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of various trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing, and Electrical. The company offers a starting wage of $20 to $25 per hour, depending on previous experience, and provides benefits such as weekends off, guaranteed pay, a daily rate for gas and truck use, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. This position allows individuals to take control of their schedule, earnings, and career.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
- Own standard set of tools
- Own work truck for the job
- Reside within 15 miles of Wichita
- Strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical
