Celigo is looking for a Senior GTM Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, to support and evolve our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems ecosystem, with Salesforce at its core. This role blends deep hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration with senior-level business analysis and GTM process ownership. You will independently configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Salesforce while also leading requirements discovery, solution design, and validation in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Revenue Operations teams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable white boarding a future-state GTM process, configuring Salesforce to support it, and debugging production issues. You bring strong systems thinking, practical delivery instincts, and a curiosity for how emerging AI tools can accelerate analysis, testing, and operational insight.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and business systems experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin preferred)
  • Proven experience independently configuring Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong GTM domain experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Partner teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
  • Experience with PRM platforms such as Impartner.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato).
  • Experience supporting with RevOps teams & CPQ processes..
  • Exposure to AI tools or LLMs for analysis, testing, or documentation.
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end requirements discovery and analysis for GTM initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-cash, and partner processes.
  • Produce business requirements, user stories, process flows, and reporting definitions.
  • Independently configure Salesforce using configuration-first best practices.
  • Build and maintain flows, validation rules, automation, security models, and custom objects.
  • Perform configuration-based development balancing scalability and usability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including automation conflicts and data issues.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder validation.
  • Debug sandbox and production issues and identify root causes.
  • Support release readiness, documentation, and adoption.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements, documentation, and UAT test case generation.
  • Evaluate AI opportunities to improve GTM systems delivery responsibly.
  • Contribute to GTM systems roadmap planning.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Communicate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly.
