About the Role We’re building the operating system for CPG brands—covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. We 5x’ed revenue last year and are on track to 4x again this year. Hiring is a core lever for us right now, not a support function. We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to build and run our go-to-market and BizOps hiring engine. This is not a “fill reqs” role. You’ll own the full recruiting stack end-to-end—partnering closely with leadership while building the systems, processes, and muscle that will scale with us. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, with deep ownership of GTM / business hiring
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior IC—you don’t wait for direction, you create it
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills (you know how to find and engage top talent, not just manage inbound)
  • Experience building or significantly improving recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment
  • High bar for talent + strong judgment in ambiguous, early-stage contexts
  • Comfortable working directly with execs and pushing for clarity, speed, and quality
  • Excited by 0→1 work, but equally motivated to optimize and scale what works

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM + BizOps roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, CPG Ops)
  • Drive both outbound and inbound strategy—sourcing, messaging, and pipeline quality
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate candidates, and drive decisions
  • Run tight, high-signal interview processes (structure, rubrics, interviewer training, candidate experience)
  • Build and iterate on recruiting systems: tracking, reporting, pipeline management, and tooling
  • Act as the central operator—keeping processes moving, holding stakeholders accountable, and closing candidates
  • Continuously improve funnel efficiency, quality, and speed as hiring volume ramps
