As our Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll own end-to-end hiring across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. You'll partner directly with GTM leaders, the Head of Talent, and the Head of People to understand what "great" actually looks like for each role, source candidates who wouldn't respond to a generic InMail, and run a process that reflects the quality we hold ourselves to as a company. You'll also help build the recruiting infrastructure — sourcing workflows, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement — that enables scale without losing precision. Our GTM hires are high-impact and require strong judgement — one great Account Executive matters more than ten mediocre ones.
