About The Position

The Notion Recruiting team acts as trusted business partners who craft a thorough, inclusive, and curated interviewing experience. We believe hiring exceptional talent, at the right time, is the best path forward in order to achieve our company’s ambitious goals. We're looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to support our growth across key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you'll bring craft, clarity, and care to every search, balancing speed with sound judgment to help us grow intentionally. This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office and would require you to work out of our office on Mondays and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with deep expertise on niche and/or complex GTM searches.
  • This includes but is not limited to: Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive clarity in ambiguous, and ever-evolving settings and scenarios.
  • Strong sourcing and closing instincts, backed by market fluency across GTM disciplines.
  • Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
  • The resilience and optimism to guide complex, high-visibility searches to the finish line.
  • Excellent communication and judgment - you deliver thoughtful experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Collaborative, pro-active, and team-oriented - you clear obstacles and elevate those around you.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and advisors across our GTM teams as a trusted thought partner and advisor.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process- from sourcing through close- creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for each and every candidate.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve our hiring strategy.
  • Design structured, scalable hiring processes across intake, interview design, calibration, and debriefs.
  • Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy - including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Coach and consult hiring managers and interviewing teams to strengthen decision quality and mitigate bias.
