About The Position

The Senior Growth Specialist is a hands-on growth execution role responsible for driving day-to-day performance marketing, experimentation, and funnel optimization across Weee! and MásGusto. This role reports to the Senior Growth Manager and plays a critical part in maintaining execution velocity while generating clear, actionable learnings. This role connects out-of-product acquisition efforts such as paid media, creatives, and offers with in-product experiences including landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and measurable user journey. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys running structured experiments, and is deeply comfortable working with data. This team values rapid testing, rigorous measurement, and thoughtful problem solving, always keeping user value and business impact at the center of decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer tech
  • Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and or Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance dashboards, funnels, and experiment results
  • Experience executing structured A/B tests and clearly communicating outcomes and next steps
  • Familiarity with multi-market or multi-segment growth, including localization or culturally relevant marketing
  • Exposure to lifecycle marketing such as email, push, and in-app and how it complements paid acquisition
  • A test-and-learn mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and a collaborative working style

  • Experience in grocery, food delivery, or logistics-constrained businesses
  • Familiarity with creative automation, feeds, or basic growth tooling
  • Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools or experimentation platforms
  • Experience supporting influencer or creator-based growth initiatives
  • Comfort working with SQL-adjacent tools, Looker, or internal BI systems

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute paid acquisition campaigns across key channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other approved platforms to drive high-quality user growth
  • Launch, manage, and optimize experiments and A/B tests across ads, creatives, landing pages, onboarding flows, and promotions
  • Monitor and manage full-funnel performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CAC, payback, and LTV, and surface optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Creative to brief, QA, and test high-performing assets across formats and ethnic segments
  • Work closely with Data and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, clean reporting, and clear experiment readouts
  • Support lifecycle initiatives including email, push, and in-app by executing campaigns, validating targeting, and monitoring performance
  • Contribute to growth automation and AI-enabled workflows by executing within existing systems and providing feedback for improvement
  • Surface insights, risks, and learnings to the Senior Growth Manager to inform strategy, budget allocation, and roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with business constraints and priorities
