About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to own the end-to-end digital leasing and customer acquisition strategy for our rapidly expanding portfolio of RV Parks and Long-Term Residential Real Estate. This isn't a "manager of agencies" role. We are looking for a technical doer —someone who finds as much joy in building a high-converting landing page or auditing a Google Ads account as they do in developing a high-level growth strategy. You will be the internal engine responsible for driving demand, ensuring that as we expand our portfolio, every new RV pad is filled quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Technical Skills: You have deep experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and modern CMS platforms. You prefer "doing" over "delegating."
  • Real Estate Expertise: A strong background in rental housing, multifamily, property leasing, or outdoor hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Radical Autonomy: You thrive in lean, fast-moving environments and can deliver measurable results without heavy oversight or a large support staff.
  • Revenue-First Mindset: You understand that clicks and traffic are secondary to the ultimate goal: filled RV pads and high ROI.
  • Strategic Agility: You can zoom out to plan a quarterly strategy and zoom in to fix a tracking pixel or rewrite ad copy.

  • Real Estate Expertise: A strong background in rental housing, multifamily, property leasing, or outdoor hospitality is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Ownership: Design and execute a full-funnel lead generation roadmap to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leasing inquiries.
  • Paid Media Execution: Build, manage, and optimize Google Search and Meta Ads campaigns from the ground up, focusing on reducing cost-per-lease.
  • SEO & Local Search: Rank our properties for high-intent "long-term stay" queries through technical on-page optimization and local search best practices.
  • Web Development & CRO: Build and maintain property websites using modern CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow) and design high-converting landing pages.
  • Performance Tracking: Set up and monitor tracking (GA4/GTM) to provide clear, data-driven insights on how marketing spend translates to filled units.
  • Dynamic Budgeting: Manage advertising spend across multiple properties, scaling or pausing campaigns based on real-time inventory and expansion needs.
