About The Position

As a Sales Conversion Specialist, you will convert qualified leads into long-term clients by communicating value clearly, handling objections with confidence, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our services. You will engage prospects during the final stage of the sales cycle, ensuring they feel supported and informed as they move toward a partnership with GigaBrands. This is a full-time, remote position aligned with 9:00am–6:00pm EST.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience closing sales, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or related high-growth environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value clearly and confidently
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales processes
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined in daily work habits
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong time-management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute final-stage sales calls with qualified prospects
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions to address concerns and objections
  • Negotiate terms, present proposals, and close deals while nurturing a positive client experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
