About The Position

The E-Commerce Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and nurturing leads through online channels, ultimately converting them into sales. This role combines digital marketing skills with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Paperwork Processing: Signing and filing necessary documents.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory tasks, such as moving vehicles or preparing them for delivery.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various online platforms and tools to attract and generate qualified leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport.
  • Sales Process: Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
  • Inventory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the dealership's inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Online Marketing: Assist with managing the dealership's online presence, including website updates and social media campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned.
