About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior GRC Technology Architect (Remote). In this role, you will design and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) architecture and technology solutions to empower business capabilities. You will ensure that GRC solutions meet stakeholder needs while reconciling various interests. By facilitating collaboration across the enterprise, you'll support the centralization of data and GRC tools. Your technical expertise will drive process improvements, enhance business efficiency, and establish clear documentation and reporting standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology.
Experience in IT discipline, Process Improvement, and System Architecture.
Familiarity with Archer Governance Risk and Compliance suite is preferred.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define, design, and improve business processes, risk, and compliance functions through technology.
Specify and design GRC technology systems and ensure effective application of design standards.
Collaborate with customers to conceptualize expectations focusing on GRC process automation.
Gather and analyze detailed component requirements for GRC solutions and document technical processes.
Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization and assist in managing customer expectations.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of GRC technology and process solutions.
Research and implement training approaches for GRC process automation.
