Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in a similar position

Nice To Haves

Expertise in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint, with a visually compelling portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities.
Proven experience in editorial design, formatting for medium to long publications, and creating files for both print and digital distribution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
Effective collaborator with excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in business tools like Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Develop real estate marketing materials, including offering memorandums, business proposals, financial documents, brochures, flyers, postcards, social media content, and more.
Create and maintain organized design templates to streamline collateral production.
Design graphics for various content types, including text, numerical data, maps, and infographics.
Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement revisions.
Adhere to Berkadia’s brand standards while delivering innovative and creative designs.
Effectively utilize design elements such as color palettes, photography, typography, and other visual components.
Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy through thorough review of all materials.
Collaborate with team members and departments in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Stay informed on current industry trends and best practices.
