About The Position

Firestone Walker Brewing Company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with agency or lifestyle brand experience to help shape the visual language of a portfolio of culturally relevant brands including 805 Beer, Cali Squeeze, Mind Haze, and Firestone beers. This is not a production only role. This is a concept first, taste driven position for a designer who understands culture, storytelling, and how brands live in the real world. You will help define campaigns, build brand systems, and execute work that shows up everywhere from retail and packaging to film, social, events, and large-scale partnerships. If you’ve worked at an agency, action sports brand, music brand, fashion label, or creative studio and want to see your work live at scale, this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and five plus years of experience in an agency, creative studio, or lifestyle brand environment
  • A strong portfolio that shows concept driven thinking, brand systems, campaigns, and real-world execution
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
  • Experience designing for digital, social, retail, packaging, and physical environments
  • Working knowledge of photography and video, including asset creation and postproduction support
  • Strong point of view on design, culture, and brand expression
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without losing quality or momentum
  • Collaborative, confident, and comfortable pushing ideas forward

Responsibilities

  • Concept, design, and execute brand and campaign work across packaging, retail, on premise, digital, social, paid media, experiential, presentations, trade marketing tools and internal storytelling
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director and brand teams to develop integrated creative platforms, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments
  • Build and evolve visual systems that are distinctive, flexible, and scalable across channels and markets
  • Push creative forward while respecting brand foundations and commercial realities
  • Present work confidently to senior leaders, partners, and cross functional teams
  • Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, athletes, artists, and external creative partners
  • Maintain a high bar for craft, typography, layout, and storytelling
  • Stay plugged into culture, design, fashion, music, action sports, and lifestyle trends
  • Mentor teammates and help raise the overall creative standard of the brewery
  • Balance speed and polish in a fast-moving environment where the work actually ships
  • Other duties as assigned
