Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design strongly preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred)
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Premiere and Illustrator.
  • Keen visual sense and strong composition skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Skilled at providing and accepting constructive feedback.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, production, web and multimedia design, corporate identity, and product packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Study relevant information and materials to plan creative concepts for various design projects.
  • Design and illustrate art arrangements, including layout, size, type, and style, and submit examples for approval.
  • Prepare final artwork by operating necessary equipment and software, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and colleagues to support project needs.
  • Collaborate and contribute to team efforts by completing assigned design tasks as required.
  • Communicate with clients to discuss layout and design preferences, ensuring their vision is met.
  • Create and review a variety of graphics and layouts—including product illustrations, company logos, websites, and podcast footage—using tools like Photoshop, and suggest improvements when needed.
  • Design and oversee various projects, including digital campaigns, print materials, social media graphics, events, packaging, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into innovative and visually compelling narratives that drive the business forward.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, marketers, web developers, and internal and external teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
