Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in global marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical technology.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic projects, mapping strategies, and educational initiatives.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Nice To Haves

  • EP mapping experience preferred.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global marketing projects that align with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with regional product, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market presence and strengthen brand positioning worldwide.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for sharing educational content across global markets.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt curricula for local needs while maintaining consistency in messaging
  • Ensure best practices and learnings are communicated effectively to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive global mapping strategy to identify market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Establish clear frameworks for mapping adoption trends, physician engagement, and regional growth potential.
  • Leverage insights to inform marketing priorities and optimize resource allocation across geographies.
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans for FARAPULSE and OPAL.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Support training initiatives and educational programs for internal and external stakeholders.
