The Senior Global Benefits Analyst serves as a key partner in managing and enhancing StandardAero’s global benefits programs, from international renewals and pension administration to open enrollment and compliance. You'll lead critical projects, support employees, and managers with expert guidance, and collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, and our vendors to ensure our programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
