About The Position

Essential Job Functions Prepare and post complex journal entries with appropriate support. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and promptly resolve variances. Support month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze general ledger activity, including balance sheet and P&L trends and variances. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Drive process improvements and standardized accounting procedures. Partner cross‑functionally with AP, AR, Payroll, and Finance teams. Mentor and support junior accounting staff. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience; corporate accounting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Experience with consolidation and reporting systems such as Onestream
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tales, vlookups, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
