About The Position

The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research ("the Foundation") is seeking top talent for its Senior Fundraising Engagement Manager. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Fundraising, this position drives development-wide visibility, prioritization, and activation of the Foundation’s highest-value donors and prospects. This role ensures critical donor and campaign opportunities are strategically aligned, and that leadership time, events, and engagement channels are leveraged for maximum impact. Highly organized and self-directed, this individual brings a deep understanding of high-level fundraising, events, and campaign dynamics, with a strong instinct for donor coverage, prioritization, and momentum. While not managing donor relationships directly, they add value by surfacing opportunities, connecting dots across teams, and ensuring the Foundation’s most important donors and prospects are consistently engaged and advanced.
