The Role
As a Senior Functional Salesforce Consultant, you will be dedicated to various of our client projects. You will be involved in the full process from analysing business requirements, translating them into Salesforce Solutions, configuring Salesforce to meet Client needs. You will also provide training and support to end-users, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree
• 4+ years' experience working with Salesforce Technology
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools.
• Hands-on experience with various Salesforce products (such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience), and experience in implementing complex solutions based on available clouds and custom development.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams, translating business processes into Salesforce solutions and understanding essential architectural concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is preferable, with enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a diverse and international environment.
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications like: AI Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, App Builder, Admin, Advanced Admin
• Preferably EU or SA citizenship or permanent residence for the Netherlands
• Analytical Thinker – Able to analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce Solutions.
• Detail-Oriented – Precision matters when configuring and customising Salesforce.
• Problem-Solver – Able to troubleshoot issues and help optimize system performance, see the bigger picture with regards to solution design and multiple integrated systems
• Curious – Always be learning - Salesforce releases, best practices, and certifications.
• Collaborative and a good communicator – Able to work well with consultants, business teams, and developers and also be excellent problem solver who can think on their feet.
• Have a User-Centric Mindset – Understand end-user needs and ensure a smooth user experience.

Nice To Haves

• Recruitment and Staffing Industry experience will be a great plus!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements, user stories, and future needs, embracing challenges as growth opportunities.
• Design intuitive Salesforce solutions for business process automation, enhanced user experience, and data modelling.
• Configure Salesforce flows and leverage declarative tools, clearly communicating custom development requirements to Technical Consultants.
• Define insightful reports and dashboards to help clients measure success effectively.
• Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout projects.
• Lead projects to timely, on-budget delivery while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, conducting discovery sessions and proposing strategic Salesforce roadmaps.
