Senior Full Desk Recruiter - Agency Experience Required
About The Position
We're looking for a passionate, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a full-desk agency environment and brings a strong commitment to customer service. This is a 1099 contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation. Candidates should be motivated by opportunity and growth-there is potential to transition into a W-2 employee role with increased compensation, depending on experience and performance. This group is highly collaborative and likes working together as a cross matrixed team where each person can count on the other one and everyone takes pride in their work and ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner with great solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years full desk agency recruiting experience which includes business development experience.
- Live in East Coast (preferable)
- Experience with ATS (preferably BullHorn)
