About The Position

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging Microsoft SQL expertise to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, supporting strategic business decisions. This position requires extensive functional experience with SQL, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of syntax commands for query optimization and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in SQL required
Demonstrated strong PC skills including Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Teams
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, takes initiative and ownership, and develops meaningful and effective working relationships
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and build relationships across the organization
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes
Salesforce experience highly recommended
Knowledge and experience with data retrieval and manipulation with SQL queries

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
Create and maintain documentation for SQL processes and data models.
Support ad-hoc reporting and provide timely, accurate analysis to internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SQL-related issues, including performance tuning.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
