About The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial insights that drive strategic decisions across the Trauma & Extremities (T&E) function. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in Excel, including complex functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • PowerPoint or other presentation system experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle, or JDE.
  • Power BI, Tableau or similar data analytics system experience.
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA certification.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, analyze, and validate monthly T&E financial results to ensure complete and accurate reporting.
  • Explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, identifying drivers and highlighting recommended actions for leadership.
  • Support annual budgeting and strategic planning by developing financial models, building templates, refining processes, and preparing executive-ready presentation materials.
  • Assist in preparing the quarterly projection process, including sales, pricing, investment opportunities, and operating income—and deliver corresponding reports and presentations.
  • Oversee global sales reporting ensuring accurate and timely daily, monthly, and quarter-end reports are distributed according to established schedules.
  • Coordinate weekly T&E forecasts, present results to divisional leaders, and communicate consolidated outcomes to the Group.
  • Communicate and coordinate with finance leaders across the U.S., Europe, and Canada to ensure consistent and timely consolidated reporting.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by enhancing reporting accuracy, efficiency, and clarity.
  • Develop ad hoc financial analyses and reporting based on leadership requests.
