About The Position
Hybrid schedule offered after training! Prestigious Syracuse law firm is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst on a full-time basis. This role provides financial analysis and insights to support key business and strategic decisions by senior leadership. Responsibilities include evaluating profitability, performance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives such as attorney compensation and potential mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and investment decisions
- Lead budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with department leaders
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data from multiple sources
- Provide financial insights for strategic planning and business development
- Partner cross-functionally with accounting, attorneys, and operational teams
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
