In this role, you will take the lead in analyzing and reporting revenue streams that support the ongoing growth of the organization. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role within the finance team, focusing on forecasting revenue performance and providing strategic insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, ensuring that the company remains competitive and financially robust in the market. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools
- Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven and detail-oriented with a passion for financial performance

- Experience in a Private Equity-backed or SaaS company is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and distribution of monthly revenue reporting
- Drive initiatives to optimize revenue through analysis of key drivers
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for accurate revenue forecasting
- Develop and refine financial models for various types of revenue analysis
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and retention for growth opportunities
- Support acquisition-related revenue modeling and integration activities
- Contribute inputs for annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning
- Ensure accurate revenue and margin allocation by product lines
- Prepare detailed revenue presentations for Board meetings and investors
- Continuously improve revenue reporting accuracy and timeliness
