About The Position

As part of the FP&A function, you will play a crucial role in scaling Pricelabs FP&A operations.
Following our initial setup phase, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to own the day-to-day execution of financial reporting, data integrity, and budget tracking. You will report directly to the FP&A Manager and help develop and maintain financial models, drive performance reviews and handle budget cycles as we continue our global expansion.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory; experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
• A track record of managing large datasets with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Communication: Ability to explain "the numbers" clearly and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

• An MBA, CA, or CFA is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
• Maintain and update financial models related to revenue, expenses, and headcount
• Perform variance analysis vs plan/forecast and provide clear explanations
• Build a structured revenue forecasting model, incorporating MRR, ARR, NRR, churn, and expansion trends.
• Track and analyze SaaS KPIs, ensuring accurate financial insights.
• Build and improve financial dashboards in collaboration with the analytics team.
• Prepare recurring management reports and dashboards for leadership consumption
• Assist in building standardized FP&A reporting and metrics from scratch
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
• Work closely with the Accounting team for actuals, accruals, and data validation
• Partner with GTM and Operations teams for data inputs and analyses
• Ensure consistency between financial forecasts and operational metrics
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline FP&A reporting activities
• Improve data accuracy, documentation, and internal controls around reporting
