About The Position

Shipt, Inc. seeks a full-time Senior FP&A Manager based in Minneapolis, MN. Works closely with the Tech and Product team to manage actuals versus budget and identify opportunities to deliver efficiency in our Technology spend. This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field and 2 years of experience with data modeling. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience with data modeling. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) conducting detailed analysis, generate insights and visually impactful dashboards, and publish reports based on companywide data; (2) defining and tracking key performance indicators for existing and new functions/projects across the company to make strategic recommendations to business leaders to achieve business goals; (3) building and maintaining databases and data models used to query key performance data, report results and forecast company performance; (4) optimizing performance through financial analytics, business insights, and organizational partnerships; and (5) working with the following tools and technologies: Microsoft Excel, SQL, data management and reporting tools. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master’s program. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolis-area Shipt office, as directed. Salary: $134,087 to $151,400/year. Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field and 2 years of experience with data modeling, OR a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience with data modeling.
• 24 months of experience with conducting detailed analysis, generate insights and visually impactful dashboards, and publish reports based on companywide data
• 24 months of experience with defining and tracking key performance indicators for existing and new functions/projects across the company to make strategic recommendations to business leaders to achieve business goals
• 24 months of experience with building and maintaining databases and data models used to query key performance data, report results and forecast company performance
