This position performs advanced fiscal support functions, including processing supplier invoices for timely payment. It involves creating and maintaining supplier and customer contracts within the financial system, ensuring compliance with county policies and accurate setup for billing and payments. The role also provides backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing, assisting with payroll audits, data entry, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies. Additionally, it offers backup support for daily collections payment postings, prepares and posts journal entries, assists with account reconciliations, and supports general accounting functions. The incumbent will utilize the financial system to perform other assigned duties.
