About The Position

Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join the Finance Leadership Team located in Plano, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of BGS’s strategic and long-range business planning, financial forecasting, integrated financial analyses, executive reporting and investor relations. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing integrated financial statement forecasts and financial analyses for BGS businesses Coordinates across Boeing business divisions/segments and program/business financial personnel to develop fully integrated Boeing Global Service’s financial view Serves as key partner with Investor Relations and Accounting, including performing analysis of integrated financial statement results and projections, financial forecast-related messaging and other ad hoc analysis in support of Boeing’s quarterly earnings release and quarterly/annual Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing Establishes and maintains relationships and partnerships with key customers (BGS Finance Leadership Team and Corporate FP&A Leadership Team), collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports (including managing, developing and motivating employees) Serves as critical partner with BGS Director to oversee people, processes, and tools to drive overall efficiency and simplification across the FP&A function Leads operating rhythm for BGS Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and their extended leadership team Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) 3+ years of experience leading a team or a project Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience working with large cross-functional teams and interfacing/presenting to senior management Experience streamlining processes/tools and developing talent Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
