About The Position

Senior Controller is responsible for respective controlling area. He/she provides financial and strategic judgments on business transactions, measures, and projects, and on new technologies, business models, and market developments. Coordinates strategic planning processes for assigned business unit(s) and taking on planning and forecasting activities in the high-level strategic task area. Devises forecast models and long-term scenario studies for business model development. The role incorporates the authority to steer, manage, drive and do financial controlling of group-wide financial KPIs within assigned area - mainly order entry, order backlog, customer result, production variance, TWC, EBIT, etc. Senior Controller is a top knowledge & operational authority, however, without any disciplinary responsibility. The role of Senior Controller might cover also operational management of assigned colleagues

Requirements

• Have master degree in Economics
• Have at least 6 years experience in finance sector
• Are expert in MS Office, advanced in SAP and intermediate in PowerBI
• Have analytic skills, ownership and time management on expert level,
• Have communication and organization skills on advanced level
• Are expert in result interpretation, reporting and financial processes overview
• Are advanced in budgeting, planning and data analytics
• Speak English (min. B2)

Responsibilities

• Generate a TSI Executive Management overview reports on LBU level
• Run analysis of key financials on month-to-date, year-to-date and previous year basis (actual, forecast, budget), for example: Order Entry, Revenue, Customer Result, EBIT, EBITDA, TWC, Special Factors, Capex, Operating Free, Cash Flow.
• Cost center controlling (month end closing, forecasting, budgeting
• Project Controlling (budgeting, forecasting)
• Analyze, calculate and book financial entries in the system (accruals, revenues, costs, true ups, order entry, order backlog
• Running month-end closing, year-end closing
• Coordination of relevant closing processes within required responsibilities on a global level
