Job Description Value Added Services VAS is one of the key revenue growth drivers for the company. Within VAS, Risk and Identity Solutions RaIS enables clients to prevent fraud across the entire payment journey while maintaining a seamless experience for end users. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Risk and Identity Solutions business. This role partners closely with product, sales, strategy and operations teams and supports planning, forecasting, performance management and month end reporting. The SFA provides insights and financial guidance to business partners and contributes to strategic decisions through clear, structured analysis. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Three to five years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, consulting or investment banking
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently with sound judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence partners
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into insights

Nice To Haves

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Three or more years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree
  • One or more years of experience with an advanced degree
  • MBA, CFA or accounting certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly close activities including variance analysis, pacing and insights for leadership
  • Own forecasting and budgeting cycles for assigned products and partner teams
  • Prepare and improve recurring business performance reporting including revenue trends, pipeline risk and product KPIs
  • Build financial models to support product strategy, pricing, resource planning and business cases
  • Serve as a key partner for product general managers and cross functional teams
  • Work with large datasets to develop scalable reporting and forecasting structures
  • Support development of long term growth views that align with product strategy
  • Drive process improvements that increase accuracy and reduce manual work
  • Learn and support Visa financial reporting systems and data environments
