The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors. Requirements

• BA/BS required with emphasis in finance or accounting with 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the stakeholders and take quick action to satisfy.
• Experience collaborating and working successfully with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, with demonstrated strength handling competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent data analysis, management, and visualization skills, including advanced experience with Power BI.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and HFM/Essbase.
• High initiative, Self-Starter, Able to manage tight timelines/deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and financial management teams with reporting, data analytics and ad hoc projects.
• Partner with plant managers and operations leaders to identify and track against cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide business leaders with actionable financial insights and data to support strategic business decision-making.
• Monitor and report on key cost drivers: labor, materials, overhead, and logistics.
• Significant involvement in operations planning and financial forecasting/budgeting.
• Support capital investment decisions and evaluate ROI on major projects.
• Self-starter that is responsible for monthly analyses of production data and operational metrics.
• Support Novolex digital transformation activities by expanding the use of tools such as Power BI, OneStream, Blue Yonder, and Hyperion.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data integrity.
