We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for the generation, preparation, and communication of information that is complete and accurate to support effective decision making, management, internal controls, and financial reporting. Senior Financial Analysts are responsible for completing a wide range of corporate accounting, real estate accounting, and reporting activities within the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team under the guidance and supervision of Accounting Managers or Supervisors. Senior Financial Analysts may be responsible for and/or corporate/service/management entities depending on the level of accounting complexity involved. Senior Financial Analysts’ responsibilities reflect varying levels of capabilities and are expected to evolve as individuals acquire relevant experience and demonstrate greater accountability.

Requirements

  • CPA designation or in progress.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting or reporting experience.
  • Working knowledge of applicable accounting basis (IFRS, US GAAP, ICA GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Yardi or OneStream preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal and third-party teams.
  • Exposure to coordinating deliverables with third-party accounting teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, investor reporting, and supporting schedules in accordance with applicable accounting basis (exposure to IFRS, US GAAP, ICA GAAP as relevant to assigned work).
  • Maintain reconciliations for intercompany balances and equity movements.
  • Review journal entries and accruals for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist auditors by preparing documentation and coordinating requests.
  • Support tax and legal teams on dividends, contributions, and entity compliance.
  • Contribute to reporting hand-offs by working with third-party accounting teams.
  • Support process improvements with business partners and technology to enhance reporting efficiency.
