About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with a Sr. Director and Finance Manager to support the Surgical Solutions Product Segment and Kitting Divisions’ Supply Chain and Sourcing functions. This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, coordinating and consolidating forecasts and actuals across 12 divisions, enhancing financial reporting, and providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. Analyze financial results, trends and key metrics across divisions. Provide financial decision support to business partners and recommend options and solutions for improved business results Communicate drivers of P&L performance, including sales, margin, customer trends, and adjustments. Consolidate and present financial forecasts covering annual operating plans, long-range plans, and quarterly outlook guidance. Review internal financial statements (Sales, COGS, expenses) for accuracy prior to publication Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data analysis methodologies, and reporting tools using BI tools and visualization capabilities. (Surgical Solutions, Supply Chain and Sourcing) Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis. Lead or participate in special projects and stretch assignments focused on profitability improvement and process optimization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 3 years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including PowerPivot, PowerQuery, pivot tables, financial modeling).
  • Experience working with an ERP system – SAP and Oracle experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • SQL experience preferred.
  • PowerBI experience is a plus.
