Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows from bottom up.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams to inform financial forecasts and budget details.
  • Partner with global Finance teams to support earnings process and system administration; experience with OneStream and PowerBI a plus.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of large financial models for accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of how individual tasks align with business goals and initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate implications and key takeaways.
  • Create ad hoc reports to evaluate business trends and provide insights to department leaders.
  • Drives departmental process improvement and efficiencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
