About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst-Axiom Analyst to join our team. Responsible for assisting with financial and variance analysis of Local Systems and other HSHS affiliates. The position will provide refined analysis of monthly operations to support monthly accountability reporting to the Local Systems and affiliates. Responsible for maintenance and ongoing operational support of Axiom software. Position Specifics: o Department: Finance o Core Function: Corporate Services o Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY. o Compensation that aligns with your experience INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS: • Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.) • Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.) • Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is required.
  • 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, statistics, healthcare or related field is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
