About The Position
JOB SUMMARY (Financial Analyst) Performs complex analysis using modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis methodologies. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems. Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities and to determine problem areas and develop solutions. Provides staff support for finance, business development, and other special projects. JOB SUMMARY (Sr. Financial Analyst): Performs complex analysis using modeling, forecasting and statistical analysis methodologies. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems. Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities and to determine problem areas and develop solutions. Oversees work flow, process improvement efforts and manages a variety of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of effective organizational and management principles/techniques
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of data, financial, and process analyses
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with data processing and computer applications (including Excel and Word)
- Project management skills
- Basic accounting
- Area of study in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited graduate program
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years of Experience
- Knowledge of effective organizational and management principles/techniques.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of data, financial and process analyses.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity and the ability to direct and develop others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with data processing and computer applications (including Excel and Word).
- Project management skills
