Senior Finance Operations Analyst

AMOpportunitiesChicago, IL

About The Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Finance Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of our finance team. This role reports directly to the Controller and will collaborate closely with the CFO, external auditors, tax advisors, PE investors and cross-functional business partners. This sits at the intersection of accounting, operations, and strategic support—requiring someone who can manage the daily financial workflow while thinking critically about process improvement and controls. You'll be the go-to person keeping our financial operations running smoothly during an exciting growth phase that includes a recent acquisition, our first audit and evolving investor reporting requirements. This isn't a traditional bookkeeping role. We need someone who can see both the trees and the forest—executing daily tasks with precision while identifying issues before they become problems and proposing solutions proactively. If you have (or are pursuing) your CPA and thrive in environments where you can build processes from the ground up, this role offers significant growth potential. Must be local to Chicago and be available to come into the River North office, as needed.
