About The Position

As the Senior Finance Manager, Future Programs B52 and MV-75, you will play a vital role in guiding the team through key financial decision and its long-term financial plans. The span of this role will cover the B-52 and MV-75 program based in North America, while the primary sites will be Indianapolis there may be a requirement to interface with other sites such as RR Germany. The role will report directly to the Senior Vice President Finance and support the B-52 and MV-75 Program Directors who are both based in Indianapolis. Why Rolls-Royce? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years’ experience, OR Master’s Degree om Finance or Accounting or a CPA and 3+ years’ experience, OR JD/PhD

Responsibilities

  • Provide Finance Business Partner services to the B-52 and MV-75 program team by ensuring the development, integration and engine contracts are appropriately planned, monitored and achieved.
  • Responsible for business case oversight and ensure timely updates are incorporated from the Program’s team input.
  • Financially support the development and maintenance of long-term contracts, including the long-term contract reviews, contract profit calculation and final contract cost position.
  • Ensure resources and investment plans are vetted through the appropriate processes and align to latest business plan.
  • Guide, explain, and clarify financial implications of decisions made by the program team to ensure all proposed actions are fully understood before acted upon.
  • Prepare and provide executive level financial communication and debriefs to the DLT, IRC, PWC on latest projections.
  • Lead and support the Program team in developing and maintaining their Strategic and ATS financial positions.
  • Prepare Budget, QF, and Ap’ly ops/threats in support of Group requirement for the Program
