Position Summary The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the property accounting and accounting shared services teams for RPM Living. This role will be responsible for supporting business initiatives through data analysis and the continued development of executive dashboards that drive our organizational strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university
  • 2-4 years of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience or accounting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to accurately compile and interpret complex and varied information
  • Advanced excel skills associated with financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with internal teams to extract business needs and reporting requirements
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop management dashboards which include Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and metrics that benchmark performance to drive business plans and budgets
  • Develop financial reporting packages, understand, and track key drivers & metrics
  • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
  • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, and assist with implementation
  • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems
  • Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned
