About The Position

As Senior Field Marketing Manager, AMER, you will own the strategy and execution of field marketing programs across the Americas, driving pipeline creation, revenue acceleration, and market presence within enterprise and strategic accounts. You will serve as the primary marketing partner to AMER Sales leadership, aligning regional programs to Camunda’s go-to-market priorities. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and is ideal for a senior marketer who thrives in a high-growth, enterprise B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in field or regional marketing roles
  • Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue in enterprise SaaS or complex technology environments
  • Strong background in events, ABM, and integrated demand generation campaigns
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales leadership and revenue teams
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to marketing performance and optimization
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to technical buyers and practitioners (developers, architects, platform teams)
  • Experience in open source, automation, workflow, or cloud-native technologies
  • Familiarity with modern marketing and revenue tech stacks (CRM, MAP, ABM tools)
  • Experience working in a distributed or global organization

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the AMER field marketing strategy aligned to regional revenue goals and global GTM priorities
  • Partner closely with AMER Sales and ADR leadership to drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and account expansion
  • Plan and execute regional programs including in-person events, executive roundtables, trade shows, virtual events, and webinars
  • Develop and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize messaging, use cases, and value propositions for AMER audiences
  • Work with Partner Marketing to support joint field programs and co-marketing initiatives
  • Manage AMER field marketing budget and forecast program impact
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize programs based on performance insights and feedback from Sales
