About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Associate to support regional programs that help generate pipeline, run events, and fuel sales engagement across North America. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Senior Field Marketing Manager in India.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and comfort working with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in events, marketing operations, and growing within B2B SaaS marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SFDC, ZoomInfo, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing field events, webinars, conferences, executive dinners, and partner programs.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, gifting, and materials preparation.
  • Support onsite event execution and post-event follow-up tasks.
  • Work with AEs and SDRs to support territory-level marketing activities.
  • Help create outreach templates, follow-up sequences, Marketo email copy and light personalization for events.
  • Coordinate with demand gen and PMM to ensure alignment with campaign messaging.
  • Track program timelines, budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts.
  • Manage event calendars, registrations, attendee lists, and CRM updates.
  • Own shipping logistics and inventory for event assets and swag.
  • Maintain dashboards for program performance, event attendance, and pipeline contribution.
  • Support tracking of leads, follow-up activity, and influenced pipeline.
  • Provide weekly summaries and insights to the Field Marketing team.
